We have partnered with this Pottery Supplies for over 15 years, supporting the ongoing evolution of their digital presence as their business, product range, and technology requirements have grown. Their online journey began with a static HTML website, progressed to a Joomla-based platform, and later expanded into a catalogue-style eCommerce solution.
As the business grew, freight calculation became increasingly complex due to the wide variation in product sizes, weights, and fragile items. The existing system could no longer deliver accurate, real-time shipping costs or support specialised freight requirements. To address these challenges, we delivered a new WordPress website with WooCommerce, providing a modern, scalable eCommerce platform with advanced freight integration, improved usability, and long-term support.
