We provide our website coaching and support at either an hourly charge, or as part of our 5-hour pre-paid packages.
If charging at an hourly rate we have a minimum of 30 minutes, and invoiced after the service is provided.
Alternatively, if taking advantage of our 5-hour pre-paid packages the used time will be reflected at a 15-minute minimum. All times used in the 5-hour pre-paid packages is recorded within our client portal for transparency and is accessible for viewing. Our 5-hour pre-paid packages are more cost effective than being charged at an hourly rate.
